It covers all data processing activities in connection with the battery swapping services and the application operated by Dodai Group, Inc.

Dodai provides software-driven battery swapping for electric vehicles, mainly motorcycles. Users swap charged batteries from Dodai’s dedicated swapping stations integrated through our mobile app. The application enables users to locate battery swap stations, monitor battery usage, and manage payments for the service. The application also collects and analyzes anonymized usage data to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
3. Stakeholders Involved
Our service ecosystem includes:
- Customers (Drivers) using the app and services
- Payment processors: Chapa, Telebirr, and M-Pesa
- Dodai servers, which securely manage all app functionality and data storage
- Analytics partners: we may use trusted analytics services (e.g., Google Firebase or similar tools) to monitor and improve app usage
