  • Lead escalations, technical reviews and corrective-action follow-up with suppliers and OEMs.
  • Review and approve documentation quality, traceability and consistency.
  • Review and standardise test procedures across the team.
  • Own team tool availability, method consistency and capability gaps for test and diagnostic equipment.
  • Own escalation quality and coordinate the cross-functional technical response to technical risk.
  • Consolidate validation evidence and recommend technical readiness.
  • Plan team workload, assign owners and track closure.
  • Develop L1 and L2 capability through coaching, review and feedback.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Hardware engineering, RND, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
  • Sustained demonstration of the L2 Hardware Engineer expectations — independent technical ownership, test planning, root cause analysis and technical recommendation — and readiness against the L3 expectations above.
  • Experience diagnosing failures involving batteries, motors, controllers, VCUs, displays, chargers, wiring harnesses, sensors and other vehicle electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power supplies and other test instruments.
