Purpose of the Position
The Procurement Team Lead will play a critical role in leading and optimizing Dodai’s procurement function. This role goes beyond transactional purchasing, focusing on developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier performance, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and financial objectives.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, conducting analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:

The role involves data entry, assisting with stock reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring proper documentation for inbound and outbound items.

The Battery Swapping Site Scouter is responsible for identifying and sourcing high-potential locations for Dodai battery swapping stations across Addis Ababa and Sheger City. The role focuses on rapid field scouting and early-stage site validation, ensuring that potential locations meet Dodai’s technical, operational, and commercial site selection criteria, including suitability for installing dedicated electrical infrastructure where required. The Scouter plays a critical role in supporting Dodai’s goal of deploying 40 battery swapping sites within 8 months by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified locations and presenting ready-to-review site opportunities to the Supervisor. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified sites sourced, the speed of identifying potential locations, and the quality of sites that progress to acquisition and deployment.

The role ensures that all selected locations meet Dodai’s technical, electrical infrastructure, operational, and commercial requirements, including the feasibility of installing dedicated transformers where required. The Supervisor will convert qualified site leads into signed lease agreements and deployment-ready locations, coordinating landlord negotiations, documentation, and regulatory processes. Success in this role is measured by the number of sites secured, the speed of site acquisition and contract completion, and the readiness of locations to support Dodai’s rapid battery swapping network expansion.

The L3 Battery Hardware Engineer is responsible for the complete mechanical-electrical hardware integration of Dodai’s EVs battery packs, including enclosure design validation, module integration, harness design review, safety compliance, testing, and failure analysis.
The role provides technical leadership to L0, L1 and L2 technicians and ensures that all pack builds meet structural, thermal, electrical, and functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Analysis
- Conduct mechanical and environmental tests: vibration, shock, thermal cycling, IP tests, drop tests.

The Junior Assembly Technician for Dodai will be part of the manufacturing team and will be responsible for the assembly of electric two wheelers (E2W) in an efficient manner.S/he will be responsible to construct the small parts and components that make up the E2W to create a new product according to the specifications provided by the Factory Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
- Perform high precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.

Purpose of the Position:
The Jr. Customer Experience Officer is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to Dodai’s customers through phone, chat, and other communication channels. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, you will ensure that every customer interaction reflects Dodai’s commitment to reliability, efficiency, and care.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and prospects — handling inquiries, resolving issues, escalating cases when needed, and ensuring a smooth experience across the entire customer journey. The role plays a vital part in maintaining customer trust, improving satisfaction, and supporting daily operations across repair, logistics, and sales.
Responsibilities:
1.Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on Dodai products, services, repairs, and subscriptions.
- Log customer interactions, complaints, and feedback accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Resolve common issues independently and escalate complex ones to the customer engagement lead or relevant department. 2.Ticketing & Case Management
- Create, assign, and follow up on customer tickets (e.g. for repairs, returns, or service requests).
- Track ticket resolution status and ensure timely closure based on SLA timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer cases to support trend analysis and team reviews 3.Collaboration with Other Teams
- Liaise with the Customer Engagement Lead to escalate to the Repair & Maintenance Officers to coordinate service appointments or troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery or pickup confirmations through the customer engagement lead.
- Notify the sales or onboarding team when there are inquiries or opportunities from new prospects through the customer engagement lead. 4.Feedback Collection & Reporting
- Record customer satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS) where applicable.
- Capture and share recurring customer issues or feedback to help improve processes and services.
- Participate in daily or weekly debriefs with the Customer Engagement Lead to review performance and customer experience insights. 5.System Use & Compliance
- Use internal systems (CRM, telephony, ticketing) to manage tasks and record data accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), call scripts, and data privacy guidelines.
- Stay updated on new product features, service policies, and internal tools through training or briefings.

Purpose of the position
The Repair and Maintenance Engineer will diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems of e-bikes to ensure safety, reliability, and high-quality service. Support uptime, reduce repeat failures, and maintain accurate repair documentation.
1. Core Responsibilities
A. Electrical Diagnostics & Repair
- Diagnose and repair charger faults such as unstable voltage, no output, overheating, and abnormal noise using appropriate electrical testing tools.
- Test ECU and control systems for power supply, communication, and signal issues; replace faulty units and verify system functionality after installation.
- Inspect wiring harnesses and connectors for damage, loose terminals, short circuits, or corrosion; perform continuity testing where required.
- Repair or replace defective components including connectors, wiring sections, and basic PCB elements.
- Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to systematically troubleshoot faults.
- Perform post-repair functional testing to ensure safe and reliable operation before bike release.
- Conduct routine electrical inspections as per maintenance schedule.
- Identify and report early signs of electrical failure to prevent breakdowns and downtime..
- Conduct basic root cause analysis for recurring electrical faults and document findings.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Verify that all repaired bikes meet safety and functional standards before release.
- Ensure all repair activities are properly documented in the job card system and master log.
- Escalate recurring or repeated faults for further investigation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians as required.
- Uphold 5S and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Complete at least 95% of repairs within the agreed time.
- Keep repeat repair cases below 5%.
- Ensure all repair records are accurate and completed daily.

- Degree/Level IV in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2+ years of Experience in electrical diagnostics and repair (e-bike or similar systems is advantageous).
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in using multimeter and electrical tools.
- Basic soldering and PCB repair knowledge.
