Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing documentation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely movement of goods. The role involves data entry, assisting with stock reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring proper documentation for inbound and outbound items.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and request replenishment of materials in the warehouse as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Update the inventory system with accurate records of physical inventory totals, receipts,adjustments, and returns.
- Reconcile inventory between the system and the finance book.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Welcome customers visiting the maintenance and repair services center and assist them in a timely, professional, and customer focused manner.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on Dodai products, services, repairs, and subscriptions.
- Log customer interactions, complaints, and feedback accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Resolve common issues independently and escalate complex ones to the Customer Experience lead or relevant department.

Ticketing & Case Management
- Create, assign, and follow up on customer tickets (e.g. for repairs, returns, or service requests).
- Track ticket resolution status and ensure timely closure based on SLA timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer cases to support trend analysis and team reviews.

Collaboration with Other Teams
- Liaise with the Customer Experience Lead to escalate to the Repair & Maintenance Officers to coordinate service appointments or troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery or pickup confirmations through the customer engagement lead.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure spare parts availability and support the timely delivery of parts to customers.

Purpose of the Position
The Junior Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the company's daily administrative operations. This role acts as a crucial link between the company and its external stakeholders, including government and other offices, service providers, and partners. Responsibilities involve assisting with company setup activities, coordinating tasks across all company locations, and ensuring effective follow-up with all external entities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage visitor reception and coordination by welcoming guests, scheduling visits, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Ensure that all company facilities and equipment across offices, showrooms, factory, and battery swapping stations are properly maintained and functioning.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Facilitate procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective implementation of basic systems and procedures.
Liaison Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between the company and external stakeholders
- Submit, collect, and track correspondence with government offices and other institutions/service providers
- Liaise with government offices to ensure proper permits and statutory documents of the company are updated, and available
Operational Support
- Visit all company locations (showrooms, factory, and battery swapping stations) periodically to check on facility conditions and daily operations.
- Perform all tasks and duties as assigned in line with startup operational needs
- Suggest ways to improve administrative processes and work efficiency based on your daily interactions with internal staff and external partners.
- Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management covering facility status, supplies, and administrative operations across all locations
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on external requests and approvals

Purpose of the Position
The Junior People and Admin Officer will be responsible to provide assistance for day-to-day general people and administrative operations of the organization.
S/he will be responsible for processing employee data, assisting in hiring processes and associated administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and other documents as per the employee records checklist provided
- Update internal databases as well as finance team with new hire information
- Gather necessary payroll data like TIN number, bank accounts and working days of new employees and provide regular report to the finance department in time for salary payment
- Liaise with line departments for their recruitment needs, get inputs to develop full job descriptions, publish and remove job ads
- Review applications against provided job description and long list candidates and provide them to the concerned line manager for review

Purpose of the Position
The Battery Swapping Sites Supervisor is responsible for delivering 40 fully secured battery swapping sites equipped with Dodai-owned transformers within 8 months by leading and managing the site scouting and acquisition process. The role ensures that all selected locations meet Dodai’s technical, electrical infrastructure, operational, and commercial requirements, including the feasibility of installing dedicated transformers where required. The Supervisor will convert qualified site leads into signed lease agreements and deployment-ready locations, coordinating landlord negotiations, documentation, and regulatory processes. Success in this role is measured by the number of sites secured, the speed of site acquisition and contract completion, and the readiness of locations to support Dodai’s rapid battery swapping network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Battery Swapping site scouting team to identify suitable battery swapping locations.
- Review and assess proposed sites to ensure they meet Dodai’s site selection criteria.
- Manage relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Ensure all required landlord documentation is collected and validated.
- Facilitate lease agreement preparation and coordinate signing at Documents Authentication and Registration Service
- Oversee the electrical and operational readiness of selected sites, including transformer installation, permitting, and deployment preparation.
- Monitor active sites and handle follow-ups after installation.
- Identify and secure replacement sites if existing locations are terminated.
- Support Dodai’s battery swapping network expansion strategy.
- Ensure selected sites can support the installation of Dodai-owned electrical transformers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (EEU, contractors, landlords) for electrical infrastructure readiness.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in site acquisition, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment.
- Experience managing teams or coordinating field staff.
- Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field assessment and site visits.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, energy infrastructure, logistics, or mobility sectors.
- Experience working with government offices and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the FAST (Finance, Authority, Scheduling, Usage Profile) qualification framework during pitches to filter for high-intent prospects.
- Secure firm appointments for showroom visits, ensuring conversion from casual contact to scheduled interest.

Requirements

As a Junior Battery Swapper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our electric two-wheeler riders have seamless access to fully charged batteries. Utilizing our user-friendly mobile application, you will support customers in need of a battery swap and efficiently exchange their depleted battery for a fully charged one. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:- Perform Battery Swaps: Execute battery swaps within 2 minutes per transaction, using the Dodai mobile app to record and verify each exchange.
- Customer Support at Station: Greet every rider warmly and make them feel valued. Provide clear instructions, assist with any questions, and troubleshoot basic issues such as app errors or incorrect battery insertion. Your goal is to ensure every rider leaves with a positive impression of Dodai’s service and proudly recommends our brand to others.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor and record the number of charged, depleted, or faulty batteries at your station. Flag shortages or overstock to your supervisor.
- Battery Charging & Handling: Place depleted batteries on the charging rack according to safety procedures. Disconnect and store fully charged batteries in their designated slots.
- Daily Equipment Check: Inspect chargers, tools, and the battery rack for functionality. Immediately report any malfunctions or damage.
- Safety Compliance: Wear gloves and follow safety procedures at all times. Ensure the station is clean and hazard-free.
- Reporting: Log issues such as damaged batteries, misbehaving app functions, or customer complaints and share with your supervisor daily.
- Flexible Tasks: Assist in minor repairs, restocking, or setting up new swapping stations as needed.

- Degree (Only 2025/2026 Graduate)with relevant knowledge or training in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- The Employee’s normal working working time shall be eight (8) hours per day, to be performed within the time window of 6:00AM -10:00PM.
